Spanish Tax Pickpockets is a legal advocacy effort led by international law firm Amsterdam & Partners LLP.
Amsterdam & Partners LLP is an international law firm with offices in London and Washington DC. The firm was approached by a group of victims to represent those who have been adversely impacted by unfair audits, investigations, and onerous financial claims made by the Spanish revenue authorities without foundation. Our campaign aims to develop a collective response to bring to light these deceptive and unfair practices and defend the rights of those misled by the Beckham Law in Spain.

The EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, which guarantees the right to an effective remedy and fair treatment by public authorities.
Proportionality principles enshrined in EU law, requiring enforcement measures to be reasonable and equitable.
